Face à l’hyper-connexion ambiante, le répit s’impose au sein de notre intérieur. La collection Astérie apporte une réponse en interrogeant notre rapport au temps à travers l’un de nos besoins primaires : la lumière. Elle rend hommage aux interactions du soleil avec la Terre grâce à des réflecteurs uniques pour chaque pièce qui la compose : le zénith, le crépuscule, la nuit étoilée, le ciel nuageux, les aurores boréales. Deux typologies d’objets racontent ces paysages et  lumières : l’applique murale et le bougeoir. L’esthétique des pièces et les jeux de lumière ont été nourri par les récits d’explorateurs. Le prénom ainsi que la finition des pièces sont des clins d’œil à leurs travaux et aux lieux où ils ont vécu.

Faced with the hyper-connectedness of the world, we need to take a break in our homes. The Asteria collection provides an answer by questioning our relationship to time through one of our primary needs: light. It pays tribute to the interactions of the sun with the Earth thanks to unique reflectors for each piece that composes it: the zenith, the twilight, the starry night, the cloudy sky, the aurora borealis. Two types of objects tell the story of these landscapes and lights: the wall lamp and the candlestick. The aesthetics of the pieces and the play of light have been nourished by the stories of explorers. The first name as well as the finish of the pieces are winks to their work and the places where they lived. 

L’applique allie deux temporalités, l’une ancienne, l’autre actuelle. Elle offre deux éclairages, le premier à la bougie, le second à la led. La lumière artificielle, indirecte et douce se diffuse sur le mur tandis qu’une fois éteinte la lumière de la flamme envahit l’espace. Au gré des envies, l’applique accompagne les moments d’une journée.

The wall lamp combines two temporalities, one ancient, the other current. It offers two lightings, the first one with candle, the second one with led. The artificial light, indirect and soft, is diffused on the wall while once extinguished the light of the flame invades the space. According to your desires, the wall lamp accompanies the moments of a day.

Les bougeoirs invitent à suivre la combustion de la flamme grâce à une coulisse réglable en hauteur. Certains réflecteurs sont inclinables pour amplifier le phénomène lumineux.

The candle holders invite you to follow the burning of the flame thanks to a height adjustable slide. Some reflectors can be tilted to amplify the light phenomenon.
